  • Modernized Veteran Affairs healthcare forms to improve user experience for Veterans and their families

  • Created discovery artifacts, wireframes, user flows, service blueprints and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Mural and Figma

  • Audited digital forms to ensure they meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards so people of all abilities can successfully use these digital products

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Designed CHAMPVA's digital forms on va.gov to serve thousands of Veteran's and their families and reduce enrollment processes by 45 days

  • Established the framework and oversaw the UI design and development for Franklin’s personalized dynamic online stores which won 7 new program bids in 2023

  • Reduced Franklin’s start-up project timelines (by 4 weeks) by promoting agile methodologies and strategic cross-team collaboration with stakeholders and individual contributors

  • Launched AM’s e-Commerce award-winning marketplace program (AESP 2019 / 2020 awards) which increased revenue by 20 million each year

  • Designed and aided in the launch of Niagara’s first packaging design system of 20 skus for big-box home improvement stores
